For the sporting shooter there are up to 4 layouts featuring a complete range of game simulation including high tower birds and rabbits, and an automatic flush layout provides both an individual and team challenge.

Trap disciplines are equally well supported with various layouts including down-the-line and double trap challenge.

At Mourne Clay Shooting we cater for every kind of event from Hen and Stag Parties, company promotions to birthdays and team building.

Open six days a week the ground offers a variety of targets and disciplines to cater for all standards.

Target Range

Our Target Range is the perfect venue for any occasion, be it birthday parties, family days out, Corporate events or stag parties and hen parties.

Test your skill with our Target Range’s 10 – 50 meter fully baffled real-world shooting Targets and compete with your friends using air guns that include ruger 10/22, pistols, assault rifles and sniper rifles.

High Tower

Mastering the art of judging range

Our high towers can present targets up to 100Ft, ideal for practising shooting pheasants, partridges, duck and grouse.

The Gun Room

A look around the shop is an experience in its self. Stocking a huge range of guns and shooting accessories, the shop is also a social experience where shooters congregate to discuss the day’s sport.

The gun room however is the jewel in the crown of the Mourne Shooting Ground and represents on of the most impressive collections of guns for sale in the whole of Ireland. New and second hand shotguns and riffles are available from entry level to the highest quality collectible firearms.

All guns are checked for safety and quality and expert fitting of guns and custom fitted stocks are a hallmark of Mourne Shooting Grounds.
